Dr. Gabre-Madhin, will discuss how blueMoon, Ethiopia's first youth agribusiness incubator, leverages youth entrepreneurship and innovation to promote agribusiness development. The blueMoon approach is to seek and find exceptional talent, and rare, “once in a blue moon” ideas that present exceptional promise for scalable and transformational agribusiness in Ethiopia.

blueMoon seeks ideas and partnerships across the full agricultural value chain, from pre-production to production practices, to post-harvest storage, quality, and processing. Dr. Gabre-Madhin will discuss financial, data, and technology services across the broad spectrum of agribusiness opportunities.
